What are your delivery times?

Your order is processed within 48 hours of payment. Shipping is done within 24 hours. Then allow 7 days for delivery in France and 10 days for international delivery. (excluding processing times)

Why is my order late?

First of all we apologize, this should not happen. Contact us via the contact form in the menu of our site, or by leaving us your order number. I have just received my order and it is incomplete. What should I do?

I just received my order, but I don't like the product. Can I return it?

I made a mistake in my order. Can I modify the order?

I returned a product, how long will it take for me to be refunded?
