What are your delivery times?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery within mainland France and 7 to 15 days for international delivery. Excluding Sundays and public holidays.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking here or on the order tracking tab in the menu at the bottom of the page.

Why is my order delayed?

First of all we apologize, this shouldn't happen. Please contact us. to Contact@monsacparis.com, indicating your order number. We will respond within 48 hours, informing you of the reason for the delay. We are committed to finding the appropriate solution for you as quickly as possible.

I just received my order and it is incomplete. What should I do?

We apologize. In case of incomplete orders, we invite you to contact us at Contact@monsacparis.com so that we can resend you the missing item.

I just received my order, but I don't like the product. Can I return it?

Yes. You have 14 days to return the product. Contact us via our contact form or at Contact@monsacparis.com, so that we can organize the return of your product and reimburse you.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?

We invite you to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Contact@monsacparis.com, for any modifications or cancellations. After this period, no modifications are possible. You will have to wait for your order to be delivered. Then contact us to organize the return of the order and be reimbursed upon receipt of the package.

I returned a product, how long will it take to get a refund?

Upon receipt of your return, allow 5 working days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank account. If after this period you still have not received anything, please contact us at Contact@monsacparis.com.
