RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, and must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that sale or discounted products are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label to attach to your return package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. Returns are free in this case.
Trades
For an exchange, the return of your initial order is necessary. Then you will need to place a new order. Your returned order will be refunded within 5 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
