RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@monsacparis.com or via the instant messaging feature in the bottom right corner of the website.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label to affix to your return package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs within France are 2% of the order price + €6.99. International return shipping costs are 2% of the order price + €9.99.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. Returns are free in this case.
Trades
For an exchange, the return of your initial order is necessary. Then you will need to place a new order. Your returned order will be refunded within 5 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing and sending the refund by your bank or credit card company may also take some time. If your return does not comply with our policies, you will be notified, and one of the following two solutions will be offered if the non-compliance relates to the packaging or product label:
Either a penalty of 20% of the refund amount, or the return of the package to your address.
For a compliance issue affecting the product itself, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to your address. You will be notified by customer service.
