Shipping policy
Orders placed on our online store are processed within 24 hours of payment. Then we prepare your order and ship it within 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number which will allow you to follow the delivery of your package.
Our delivery times
For national orders (France), allow a delay of 5-7 working days for delivery.
For International orders, allow a delay of 7-15 working days.
Tracking control
Tracking numbers are valid only for national orders (France) and for international orders (European Union). For orders outside the European Union, order tracking is done via the order number starting with #..... , received in the order confirmation. The shipping confirmation for orders outside the European Union therefore does not contain a tracking number. Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to be updated, so we kindly ask for your patience.

Delivery is free for all orders of €49 or more. However, please be aware that additional charges, such as customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply if your delivery address is outside the European Union. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on local regulations.
